These terms apply when you use CustomJerseyMaker.com or buy from us. The site is run by League Printing LLC(“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your order

Every jersey is made to order exactly as you enter it. Before you check out, please double-check each jersey's size, and the spelling of every name and number. We print what you submit, so we can't be responsible for mistakes in the details you enter. If you spot an error after ordering, email us right away with your order number; we'll fix it if we haven't started on your jerseys yet.

Your order is accepted once your payment goes through. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if we can't fill it, if a price was listed by mistake, or if we suspect fraud.

Names, numbers and content

You're responsible for having the right to use the names and numbers you submit. We may refuse, and refund, any order with content we consider offensive or that we believe would infringe someone else's rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include customization, sales tax and shipping within the United States. Nothing is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

Production and shipping

Jerseys are made to order and typically ship within 12–14 business days. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We ship to addresses in the United States only. Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct, since we ship to that address.

Returns and problems with your order

Because every jersey is made to order with your sizes, names and numbers, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart and your spelling before ordering.

If your jerseys arrive damaged, or don't match what you ordered because of a mistake on our part, email info@customjerseymaker.com with your order number and photos, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Product appearance and sizing

We work to show our jerseys accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items can vary slightly from one to the next. Use the size chart on each jersey page to choose sizes; sizing is not a reason for a return.

Our website

The designs, photos, text and code on this site belong to League Printing LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overload it, or place fraudulent orders.

Disclaimers and limit of liability

The site and our products are provided “as is”, except for any rights you have under the law that can't be waived. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as a jersey not arriving before a specific game or event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
