Privacy policy

CustomJerseyMaker.com is run by League Printing LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or place an order, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you order. At checkout we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, plus the jerseys, sizes, names and numbers in your order.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card number goes straight to Stripe; we never see or store it. Stripe shares the payment status with us and may give us limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
When you email us. We keep the messages you send and the contact details in them so we can answer you.
When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back; it isn't sent to us until you check out.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't build marketing profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To make your jerseys and ship them to you
- To send your receipt and contact you about your order, for example to confirm a name or size
- To answer your questions
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires
We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Stripe, to process payments and send your receipt
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Supabase, which stores our order records
- Resend, which delivers order notification emails to us
- Shipping carriers, such as USPS or UPS, to deliver your order
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is ever sold, order records would transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
Names on jerseys and children
Many of our jerseys are for youth teams. Player names and numbers are entered by the adult placing the order, and we use them only to make those jerseys. This site is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state privacy laws. Email info@customjerseymaker.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as completed orders, where the law requires it. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), card payments stay with Stripe, and our order records are only accessible to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
